This historic hotel provided a unique experience with its vintage charm and on-site restaurant. The food at the Toasted Goat was delicious, and the antique furniture added a lovely touch. However, I was a bit disappointed that the speakeasy was closed during my stay, which I wish I had known about beforehand. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and appreciated the cozy atmosphere.

perfect spot for exploring charming frostburg attractions
I had a great stay at this historic place with a friendly vibe, and it’s just a short walk of about 500 meters to the quaint General Art Store & Star Gallery. You'll find delicious local eats like Gianni's Pizza less than a 5-minute walk away.

Room 306 was clean and newly remodeled, featuring a comfortable Tempurpedic-style bed and a great shower. The welcoming staff and beautiful mountain views added to the charm. However, the overall decor felt dated, and the furnishings showed signs of wear. There was also a lingering musty smell in the room that detracted from the experience.

The hotel is beautiful, and they went above and beyond for us. They fit us into breakfast with elves when we booked last minute and even offered us two passes donated by another guest who couldn’t make it.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

It was relaxing to unwind while sipping coffee and catching up on some shows, even if the TV setup was a bit outdated. Overall, the hotel was a great deal for a quick stay, just be prepared for some signs of wear and tear. 👌

We had an awesome time hanging out with friends. Exploring the museum in the basement was a highlight, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. We grabbed a bite at the Toasted Goat and enjoyed music on the outdoor deck. The location is perfect for accessing shopping and local spots.
The only downside was that the speakeasy we were looking forward to visiting was closed. It would have been nice to know its hours in advance, as it was a letdown for our plans.
